Your data (first name, last name, contact details, message content) are processed solely to respond to the inquiry, arrange a date for alpaca therapy, workshops, or a meeting at the Educational Farm, and take steps prior to concluding a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in handling correspondence and relations with visitors).

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for contact and reservation. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
